Ma Lin Extra Offensive Penhold is the blade used by 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist Ma Lin! This is a Chinese-style penhold blade. Excellent speed performance, in attacks as well as in the important blocking play. Large sweet spot. Surface is lacquered at factory to improve speed and durability.

Top blade for me.

Ma Lin uses the Extra Offensive but has the handle of the Carbon. But still this is one of the best blades ever made by Yasaka.

OFF blade with ALL control

Had this about a week and loving it. I was concerned I would lose too much control with the OFF rating, but I need not have worried. Great power, and with some good control rubber,its like I cant miss. Clearly better than my previous blades or others that I tried out. Also, very little vibration and seems to have a large sweet spot. Fantastic blade for the price, and suitable for advanced play, no question.

One of the best penhold blades available today. I hope that paddle palace will have it available in the future, and I need to get one more blade for backup.
