Champion Pro Special Paddle for Denmark's ANDERS LIND, currently playing with the Donic Anders Lind Hexa Carbon blade (flared handle), assembled with black & red Donic BlueGrip C2 (max sponge) rubber.
THE BLADE: Danish Dynamite! With the Donic Anders Lind Hexa Carbon blade, Donic is dedicating the highly talented Dane his own paddle model - the Donic player who impressed fans and experts alike by reaching the quarterfinals at the World Championships in 2023. Anders Lind is an extroverted table tennis player with a special touch, very creative and always good for a surprise. His speciality is the counterpart to the banana, namely a sickle-shaped shot with a massive side cut, internationally known as the Strawberry.
With this new 7-ply offensive blade, players can also achieve such sensitive shots, although the Anders Lind Hexa Carbon blade provides considerable penetrating power thanks to its veneer construction with high-quality plies of Limba and Koto wood (outer). Control and stability are supported by the two layers of Hexamid carbon that enclose the Kiri center core on the inside. In addition to all this, this new blade is also an eye-catcher, just like its eponym. Anders Lind attracts attention with his spectacular strokes and the design of the handle in the Danish national colors makes his blade unique. Fast, but easy to control, for offensive players who expect a good dynamic.
BLACK & RED RUBBER:Donic BlueGrip C2 is for uncompromising offensive players that rely on speed and spin. Powerful catapult effect, incredibly spinny. Full tension sponge, tacky topsheet. Slightly softer and significantly lighter than the C1 version with values of 55° and 80g respectively.
The Donic BlueGrip has a tacky, Chinese-style topsheet, along with a sponge with a powerful catapult effect and incredible dynamic properties, the likes of which we only see from rubbers from Japan or Germany. But there is more – these dynamic properties have now been increased even further. C2 has a slightly softer sponge and subtle differences in the pimple geometry, all of which provides further support for the softer playing feel.
