I have been trying to get the time to somehow organize my notes from all my lessons into a "primer" for me to refer to. Instead it has been done for me on this DVD. Any question I ever had is answered. Being able to see the techniques demonstrated correctly is fantastic. I can't imagine any game scenario that I could come across for which I could not refer back to the strategy segments and get help. It seems so personal. When I watch it, I feel like I am getting a personal lesson just for me. I think the mix between physical and mental techniques and instruction is the perfect balance and blend.

This DVD is both a good place to start and a great way to get to the next level. Easy to understand with clear instructions and visuals, yet challenging with specific details. I recommend this for the players who appreciate the fundamentals but are looking for the inner details to raise their game in high end club play and tournaments.
