The Acoustic blade is made with special wood lamination technology originally used in stringed instrument production. Feel the blade in every part of your hand. Thicker wood produces solid feeling for close-to-table topspin play.
Exceptional Blade

Nittaku Acoustic is something special. It is all natural blade for everything in it is organic, including the glue whose application requires the specific temperature range, as well as drying lasts much more than with synthetic glues. The using of natural glue gives much better feedback and feeling compared to common blades. When we consider the way the blade is made *music instrument manufacturing* and material quality the price is not too high at all. Ive changed about 20 blades and none of them gives such a great feeling and lack of vibrations as Nittaku Acoustic. Besides, there is no blade on the market with such a fine finish. If you dont break it, its gonna last many years. Nittaku Acoustic is pretty hard, fast and very precise allowing perfect top spin game. It is suitable for close to the table and mid distance attackers. Personally, I have never regretted paying its price, because it puts a smile on my face every time I play table tennis and that is priceless.

This is a great wood blade for close to mid range offensive play. It has a very large sweet spot and it is plays with no vibration. You also have a nice feel for the ball when pushing and playing touch shots.

The most controllable Offensive Blade

Slim narrow, small handle is the most obvious charastic of Acoustic blade. Moderate feel, weight. I put Nittaku Narucross EX Soft, Hard on it - Heavenly. When you return ball with your paddle being Idol, it can be as slow as you want it; if you attack with topspin loops, it performs superb both inside and outside the table. Price? I am not going to say anything about this blade of around $150...
