For UPS 2nd-Day Air and UPS Next Day Air, we offer discounted rates. Your cost for these methods depends on your location and the weight of the package. Fast Shipping:
Paddle Palace is well-known for how quickly we ship out packages. Most packages are shipped the same day or the following business day from when they are received.

For calculating UPS transit times, keep in mind that UPS does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays as business days for calculating transit days. For example: A package shipped on Monday by a 2-day transit time will be delivered on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday by a 2-day transit time will be delivered on Tuesday.

Table Shipping:
*Table prices include curbside delivery shipping charges to the 48 contiguous United States (except JOOLA tables. For JOOLA tables, the $200 shipping charge appears in your shopping cart.) Freight charges are higher to some areas for some tables. In that case, Paddle Palace will contact you before the order is processed to receive your acceptance of any extra freight charges.
*Curbside delivery requires you to be present when the table is delivered and assist the driver in removing the table from the truck. Should you not be able to assist the driver in removing the table, additional services are available from the freight company for an extra charge. Freight companies will not assist in transporting tables indoors or up or down steps, and they will not help in assembling the table.
*The delivery company will contact you when the table is at their destination terminal to arrange a day with you for delivery.
*A table order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped from the warehouse, even if the table is not yet delivered. If the customer must cancel a table order, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the warehouse, and any restocking fees charged by the manufacturer/warehouse.
*If a table arrives with visible damage, refuse delivery and contact Paddle Palace. If a table arrives with damaged packaging but the table appears to be ok, accept delivery but have the driver note the damaged packaging on the paperwork. After delivery, if you should notice the table is damaged, contact the freight company immediately, then contact Paddle Palace. Damage must be reported within one week.

Canada Shipping:
Shipping to Canada is a $6 charge by USPS First Class Airmail International for up to 4 pounds weight.

Packages over 4 pounds are sent by USPS Priority Airmail International. See chart below for weights and costs, or load items in your shopping cart and click on link for cost.

Other available shipping methods are calculated by your location and package weight.

The customer is solely responsible for any sales tax and duty imposed by the Canadian government, which is collected in Canada.

International Shipping:
For orders shipping outside of USA and Canada, Paddle Palace will email you with your shipping options and costs for your approval before we ship the package.
